Banking & finance
Our firm advises banks and financial institutions on the full range of banking and finance transactions. We offer specific services on legal recovery, security documentation and perfection, general litigation including representation in courts of law and tribunals, conducting due diligence on their behalf, debt collection and receivership, loan restructuring, and structured finance.
Employment & labour law
Management of employment disputes is a crucial element which every employer should be aware of. Given the risks companies are likely to face, employers are required by law to observe all statutory requirements. To ensure compliance, the firm provides various services including legal advisory in the setting of HR relations, drafting agreements and contracts of employment, advisory services on retrenchment and rationalisation, and representation in labour disputes at the Commission for Mediation and Arbitration (CMA) and the High Court Labour Division.
Land law & property conveyancing
The firm has in-depth experience in the legal framework regulating land transactions and property conveyancing in Tanzania.
